The Company’s hydroelectric power generation facilities consisted of the the 175 MW Ambuklao-Binga hydroelectric complex in Benguet, and the 360 MW Magat Plant in Isabela, in Northern Luzon, 70-megawatt Bakun plant operated by Luzon Hydro Corporation (LHC) and the mini-hydroelectric plants operated by HEDCOR, Inc. (HEDCOR), which had a total installed capacity of 38.2 megawatts. The company is also in distribution of power through its acquired distribution companies which include Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc., Asia Utilities Corporation and Cebu Private Power Corporation. The company is headquartered at Cebu, Philippines.
